Benjy Zi Jian Hsu

Benjy Zi Jian Hsu (b. 2002, Oakland, CA) is an artist and curator based in New York City. His practice—spanning photography, collage, and printmaking—navigates the spaces between family memory, diasporic belonging, and intimacy. His practice remains deeply rooted in exploring the textures and quiet connections that shape community trust. He is a current LES Young Artists of Color Fellow, was featured in Cultured Magazine’s Young Photographers list, and is an active member of CBC.
Education
B.A. in Individualized Studies with a concentration in The Shifting Optics of Looking Asian.
